15+ Months since RD .... Yaaaaaaawn

There are filers from April 01 that are still waiting while on the other hand we are seeing approvals from December 01 even though the processing RD is 11/15/01. Is there a pattern to this thing? or its your luck who gets your case.

Bad Karma
Wrong (or Right) Star Position
PMS if applicable
Luck or lack of it.

In short there is NO "Scientific" Way to identify who gets there and who doesnt.

Sorry dude couldnt think of anything else.
