All,

Like Errou and others, I am still waiting for my interview letter for over 15 months -- the timeline is in the signature below. I have done couple of Infopasses, called USCIS, written letters to Senators and Laura Bush etc.

Yesterday, when I called USCIS and spoke to an IO, he told me that my name is put in interview queue for NY DO, in anticipation of getting my namecheck cleared. If anyone has gone through this, please let me know when to expect the interview letter. Thanks,

Jeevs,
it may be time to get Infopass and tell them at that meeting of your efforts to track the progress of your case. Mention the times you called and especially that you are out of their average proc time. Make a list of questions and talk to them politely but firmly.
Look up about filing a lawsuit in the mean time. There are some good posts on this forum.
Also pick one congressperson and keep trying his/her office till you get some response, there are more Reps so you could get help from one instead of a senator.
