Hello every one i was petition for by us citizen mother in 1999 my visa number became current in 2003 in which i apply for my adjustment of statust in orlando,florida. after 21/2 years of waiting i finally when to the interview on feburary 16,2006 after asking me and my mom a few questions he said he could not approve my case because he was waiting for my originally i130 from nvc which was requested on feburary 03 and it would take 90 days and if they did not recieve it within those 90 days he would have to go ahead and approve my case. On may 9 i when in to the local office to check on my case and the officer told me that she did not see my file but she took my number and told me she would give me a call as soon as she found out some information on may 10 she gave me a call and told me my case was approve and that i would recieve an approval in the mail it has been a week and i have not recieve any thing can any one in this situtation post any respond
