1485 receipt numbers

How long does it takes to get 485 receipt numbers. My lawyers told me that he has sent the papers in feb but I havent received anything from INS yet. How long does it normally takes to get receipt numbers?
 
It typically takes 1-3 weeks at best to get the receipts. Since Feb - that is very disturbing. Check with your lawyer. :eek:
