Good question. I bet we all wished we knew when our concurrently-filed applications will be processed.
Based on the latest directive, the NSC should NOT be waiting for the I-485 to be ready to adjudicate in order to adjudicate your I-140. Unfortunately it almost seems as if they are still doing so.
That means that, in theory, your I-140 should be processed using standard processing times, so I would say "any day now", but in all honesty, I'd be surprised if it happens that way (because of the explanation I gave above.)
As for your I-485, it depends on whether you are affected by the EB3 retrogression or not.
