Hi Gurus,

Can some body please help me understanding this message. I received it today, I kinda of confused what it means ??????? any input on this is greatly appreciated.
What is Administrative Appeals Office means ??? is it local office ????

This case was transferred to our Administrative
Appeals Office for review. That office will notify you of any further
action taken on this case

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case
status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or
advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please
contact the National Customer Service Center

What is this MTR means, and why do i need to do this. Does my status message meant that.. Please let me know

A:
MTR = Motion to reopen (against denial)
MTR comes into place if your application is denied and it is appealed to reopen the case by your employer/attorney.
Just confim your employer/lawyer about this. Was it denied and appealed for it? the process is called MTR. The case is reviewed in different department/adminstrative appeal board of USCIS.
B:
Are you using LC-Substitution? If yes, then it could go for recently developed strict scrutiny of USCIS.
C:
If I140 filed without Original Labor Certification (LC)
