Hi Guys,

I am reading all of your messages. I have a question, last week i received an email from USCIS about they are asking about Request for evidence (Addtional evidence). I dont know what it is. I think i will come to know tomorrow. By the way, if my company responds say within a couple of days, i want to know when there is a chance for approval of my 140.

By the way, I am in EB 2 Category. Is there is a chance, whether my 485 will be approved simultaneously?

In on of my friend's case, it happend, that is he got RFE for 140 and once he had sent RFE, USCIS approved both 140 and 485 simultaneously..

I think he is EB3 category.

Please clairfy my doubts..

it usually takes about two week to give the decision for 140 after the ref is received. 485 is very hard to say and it all depends on the luck.
 
It might take anywhere from 2 days to 2 months but i am not seeing any more concurrent approval with NSC. They use to approve in that way earlier but not anymore with the new director..
