140 Rfe!!

I got an RFE on my 140 today. I don't know what it is about.

"On May 3, 2005, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, please call the National Customer Service Center at (800) 375-5283."

But the question is can I apply for a 7th year extension when I've got an RFE on my 140.

Any help is appreciated.

Absolutely Yes. Your case has not been over.
 
Make sure your RFE answered properly, i.e make sure your company has 'Ability to Pay'...... Dont depend on attorneys... educate yourself...
