140 RFE ON March 7th

EAD Approved on FEB, 140 RFE ON March 7th

I Got my EAD approved in FEB but today when i checked my status on my 140, I got an RFE for that. My RD June 7th 2002. Below is the message which i saw today while checking the status. Can any body tell me what are the different possibilities of this RFE on 140.


"On March 7, 2003, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed. If you have questions about the notice, what is required, or if 14 days have passed and you have not received the notice, Please contact the service center where you submitted your application during business hours."

Very Interesting!

Its kind of intersting that you got a RFE now. You got your EAD recently so I assume you applied 485 - recently. Its a June 2002 140 - thats the time when company financials are sent, I think. So, I would guess it could be related to company financials. But, well, you never know. Will you keep us informed as and when you get the RFE doc please.
