I got RFE for 140 under eb3 filed from NSC.
I am yet to get the details.
If it is ability to pay, what should i submit.
Till dec 2005 i was being paid slary and perdiem but the perdiem was not being shown on the paystub. From Jan 2006 the perdiem is also being shown in the paystub, yet i fall short of 7k anual income that what is shown on my labor cert. my w2 till 2005 show less salary.
Does this cause problem? I believe my company is in good standing financially but am worried abt my current pay.
