Got an RFE on my 140. Online message says that on "Nov 3 we have mailed a request for more information.......". Since then I have been calling my attorney to check what's the RFE about. He hasn't received anything as of today. I called USCIS n they said that they need to talk to my employer for resending the RFE. My employer spoke to them and they said they will respond within 30 days !!! 30 days !!!.
I'm curious to know what's it all about(RFE). Is there anyway to find out what's it all about ? Any ideas what it might be ? How much time do we have to reply to the RFE once it's issued ?
