On Nov 3rd NSC mailed issued an RFE on my 140. Attorney did not receive it even after 14 days. Employer called them, they said they will send another copy of the RFE within 30 days.(30 days ends on Dec17th)
I got a letter from NSC that so and so person called on my 140 case and asked for copy of RFE. In that letter it says that "we will send a copy but we cannot guarantee that we will send one". What's this ? How should we reply to the RFE if don't know what they are asking ? Any hints ?
