I got rfe about the company's ability to pay.
USCIS asked evidence to show company had the ability to the wage or salary X in 2001. Actually, my company paid me the exact amount in 2001, I have all pay stubs.
The other requirment is the certified company tax return of 2001. but my compnay refuses to release any tax return, instead of that, just provide CPA certified letter. my lawyer said it is ok.
Is it really ok?
