140 RFE approvals ?

Hi:

Does the 140 RFE approval take to long like mine ?

RFE on company and my tax returns
RFE ND : Oct 09

AD ????(still waiting :confused: )
any expert thoughts ,comments ?

i was hoping it real quick ?
anybody in similiar situation ?

Not too far

You don't need to worry. My I-140 RFE date was 9/29. I sent the response on 10/07. VSC Opened it on 10/20 and i got the approval on 11/16.

It's Due shortly..I think...

How did you know that VSC opened your case on oct 20? Is it the date they received it as shows in the status on their website?

RFE on I-140

Can RFE on I-140 be generated after issuing EAD/AP? My I-140 ND is 1/24/2003 under EB2 and I have seen many cases posted on this forum which got approved with ND before as well as after mine. I got my EAD already and applied for renewal as well...Just wondering what are chances of getting RFE in my case since it is getting delayed forever. Has anybody under EB2 got I-140 approved with ND 1/24/2003 ?

I have received RFE on my I-140 regarding company tax and my tax. For year 2003 I will be making only 30k . Is there a chance that my I-140 can be denied . lf there is anyone in this forum who has got his I-140 RFE approved even with Less salary. Any suggestion is greatly appreciated

Hi,if your income in 2003 is less than the salary for which labor is certified there is a chance of getting into trouble otherwise be brave....
