You might have seen my earlier NOID post on this forum...
Today i got 140 revoke notice from my old attorney...( 2nd time)..man she informed me today JULY 7th and the revoke notice date was June 3rd 2005.
I have recd 140 revoke on 4//2005 and NOID on 485 ...we replied with new employment letter.....then AP approved...
Now all of suddent today a notice...

Dear Sir/Madam
Reference is made to the perition filed by you in behalf of the beneficiary, on Oct 2003.
On May 2004, the USCIS approved the petition and it was house at this office.
It appears that you wish to substitute another individual on the labor certification. This Service acknowledges the receipt of your form I-140 and form EAT 750, Part B , filed on behalf of the new alien. You will be informed of the decision on that petition by way of seperate notice.
Therefore, the approval of your petition is automatically revoked in accordance with 8 CFR 205.1(a) (3) (iii)(C).

I havent heard anything on 485...but lud changes 6/28 and 7/7 (today)...
Have any of you ever seen this kind of weird thing? This is a freaking torture....
