140 Receipt Notice -- no priority date

Just noticed a strange thing, well don't if its not normal, but in my 140 receipt notice there is no priroty date mentioned .
Is this ok, or something to worry about.
My 140 and 485 is concurrentl filed, and when it was filed visa bulletin dates were Jun 2002 (EB3 india), therefore my PD has tobe before this, but my lawyer gave me 2001 date.
Till date I was going with date given by lawyer, but after reviewing the 140 receipt and seeing no PD on it, got bit worried.

fyi -- 140 is already approved, but lawyer has given just the 140 receipt notice.

Can any of you please reply with your views on this.

Your priority date will not be listed on the 140 reciept notice.

Your priority date is the date your labor is filed with the DOL.

Ask your lawyer for a copy of your 140 approval notice, the priority date will be listed on it.

Well, my lawyer wouldn't give me approval notice, therefore I'am left with just the approval notice that too a scanned copy of it.

Anyways, as long priority date not being on 140 notice if its not a issue then its ok.

If you have the scanned copy of your 140 approval notice, look for the priority date to be listed there on the top Left Hand Side of the approval notice, under the column "Priority Date".

Oh! my mistake, I meant 140 receipt notice (and not approval).
i wish I had approval copy with me, but unfortunately no.
