140 processing time for non-concurrent

Hi,

I'm planning to file 140 in Nebraska by non-concurrent filing. The site says they are processing May 2004. Please some one tell me what is the processing time just for 140 without filing 485 along with that.

When I applied I-140 in August 2005(NSC), it's taken 1-month to approve, PERM labor
