140 pending : h1 transfer ?

can i take another approved labor while another labor's 140 is pending

All,

i am in critical situation. Pls help.....

can i take another approved labor while another labor's 140 is pending(both are different employer) .Will that affect GC, current 140 approvals ?

can i do h1/h4 transfer while another h1/h4 transfer is pending.will that affect GC, current h1/h4 transfer ?

i have signed 3 years agreement as post-GC commitment. is it legally valid in NE ? can i break it?


Is there a way i can get the money back for h1 & 140, if i move on to another employer?
