140 pending EAD pending

Hi,

My 140 and 485 were filed concurrently in June 2003(still pending) and application for EAD/AP has been filed Mar 2004. And my current H1 is expiring May 2004. If my EAD application is still pending, do I need to renew my H1 or can I simply continue work based on a pending EAD application?

Please do renew your H1!! Its been dissused many times in the forum that its safer to be on H1 .....
