140 pending, ead,ap approved,can i travel using AP?

Hi friends,

My I-140 is pending since august'03 under EB3-RIR-concurrent.
Recently my EAD,AP approved on Nov 1st week.

can i use my AP to visit india eventhough my 140 still pending?

any problem will happen at POE?

Please advice me,

I have my I-140 pending since Jan,03 and my I-485 since Apr,03. I went to india in october and came back this month (november) using my AP . No problem for me. Currently working on EAD.
