140 only in Nebraska and Texas?

I have recently applied for 140 and just received the receipt. When I checked I found that it was sent by Nebraska Service Center.

Inquired my attorney about it and was told that 140s dont go to Vermont any more. They are sent either to NSC or TSC only.

Is that true?
Did anyone send 140 to either VSC or CSC in recent past?

Not that its a big difference, but when I checked the processing times, VSC had a better date. So was wondering.

Your attorney is right.
New I-140 and I-485 go to NSC and either they process it or sedn it to CSC.
