One of my best friends recently got a 485 RFE for different issue. Is it necessary to attach her 140 approval copy to 485 RFE (though they did not ask for this) when she reply for her 485 RFE for other matters? She concurrently filed her 140 and 485 in 2006. Her 140 got approved in 2007. She is from a country in Europe. Your suggestions are appreciated!!!
