140 NOT APPROVED BUT MORE THAN 180 days,USED AC21.

As per the new yates memo released sometime may 2005,We can transfer to an other company after 180 using AC21 even though our 140 is not approved.
Lets post here...if anybody had any expierences using that and how safe is it ???
