140 NOT APPROVED BUT MORE THAN 180 days,ANYBODY USED AC21 ??

As per new yates memo...we can transfer to an other company using AC 21 ,even though 140 is not approved....anybody used it and how safe is it ??

In simple terms, your GC sponsering employer is holding the I-140 trump card till its approval. If the employer is ready to support you in case of any RFE then you are fine.
