Making a routine call last night to check the status on my 140 from Texas, I found out that my case is transferred to VSC. I have a couple of questions:
Do we know whether these cases will be worked on the priority dates from TSC or whether these cases will be considered as a new case in VSC.
Once VSC approves my case, do you think that I can file my 485 from VSC or do I have to necessarily file from TSC. Apparently, I\'m a resident of Virginia and VSC is my jurisdiction. My case was filed from Texas because my company is based out of Dallas, TX.
By the way, the receipt date on my 140 from TSC is 12/14/01 and it is moved to VSC on 02/14/02.
Can any one of you help me with your comments.
