140 Lud Changed ??

Hi,

My 140/EB2 was filed on nov/10/2003
1:LUD : APR/04/2004(WHEN i APPLIED MY ead/485...)
2:LUD : JUNE/22/2004...But no change of message...

What is going on with my case ??Any one with the same situation ...

dont wanna scare you, but it could be RFE. When my LUD changed it got approved. In this forum several people saw LUD change without any change in the message. And resulted in RFE.

Hope you will hear something +ive.

LUD changed twice

Mine is also same case

I-140 : ND : 08/27/2003
The last updated date changed twice for me
06/23/2004
06/24/2004

But status is showing the same . No change in status.

Is this one also a RFE .
 
tirugui why do u expect an RFE ?

why do u feel u could get rfe ? is ur labor subst ? future GC ? is co. profitable ?

Hope its approval and not RFE.

Cris1234, the USCIS will issue RFE for everybody for all future GC with sub labor ? Don't scare me, mine is same as urs.
 
LUD changed EB2 - RD May 2nd 2003

My LUD for 140 changed for the first time
I140/485 EB2 RD May 2nd 2003
FP done March 16th 2004
I hope its not an RFE. my case is not a labor substitution
