140 LUD still changed after GC?

I was just checking today. my LUD for 140 changed and I already got GC for more than one year.

Anyone have this kind of experience?? The LUD is 9-30 which is a Sunday.

Any input will be helpful.

but i was reading. there are lots people get LUD on 9/30 so i guess it's just a system update?
