** 140 LUD change? **

My 140 was approved in Aug 2004 and suddenly in last 2 days I noticed a change in LUD is this approved 140. I'm still inside 180 days of my 485 so kinda tense that my employer must have send 140 revokation[although my employer dosent normally do this].

anybody had similar experience of LUD change post 140 approval?

I also noticed a LUD change on my 140 status today. My 140 was approved on 02/04/2005 so I don't see any reason for the LUD change.

I noticed that you received the FP notice one day after your 140 LUD change, so I'm thinking that a FP notice might be on my way. How did you receive the FP notice? By post or did you get an email from USCIS? Was there a LUD change on your 485 status? Does your online 485 say that a FP notice has been mailed to you?

Another LUD change on 140 today

I-140 ND: 12/13/04 | AD: 02/04/05 | LUD: 02/07/05 | LUD: 02/23/05 | LUD: 02/24/05

Gurus, I am new to this forum, i had couple of LUD changes with no message change..Please see below

Got RFE on AP on 26th Jan '05 and LUD changed for my 140,485 and 131 on 02/04, 02/07 but no change in msg while my RFE reply was pending. I replied to my RFE on 02/14/05, msg changed to RFE recived and LUD changed on 131 for me and my wife on 2/15,2/16,2/17 but no msg change.

Anyone in the same situation as mine.

I am in 7yr and it gets expire on July31 st, please any body let me know what does the the LUD changes means to my application.

Is it a RFE?? or reject as it passed 3 weeks.

Please please gurus let me know i am little tenced.

I tracked your threads to obtain the following dates:

fast_gc_seeker

140 LUD1: 02/17/05
140 LUD2: 02/18/05
FP ND: 02/17/05
FP RD: 02/22/05
FP Date: 04/01/05

According to this, your first 140 LUD corresponds with your FP ND. Second 140 LUD means when they mailed your FP notice. If that's the case then it makes perfect sense, but I have seen instances where LUD on an approved 140 was due to revocation. Have you tried calling the emergency number to check the status of your case?
 
there is no LUD when FP is sent.

I-140 denied.Motion to reopen I-140 or I-485 ,which was also denied?

Which one sshould be reopen?140 or 485?
Did not received denial letter on 140 .the motion to reopen 485 was denied stating that 140 was denied 3 months ago.Shocked!!!!
