140 Issues : GURUS PLS HELP......
1.) If i had a break of 3-4 months between the job, does it affect the 'progressive experience'.
I have 6 years experince before LC PD, but i had a break of 3-4 months between the jobs.my LC requires 5 years .will that create a problem? i dont see any word ' progressive' in the Labor application. Where it will be mentioned in Labor application. Is there any other form it will be mentioned ?. pls clarify.
2.) Couple of my friends told me that their Priority date got changed during 140 approval(means their 140 filing date was used as PD, even thou the LC PD is far ahead). Is that possible ?
if so, What scenarios that could happen ? pls give your valuable inputs.....
3.) Reg. the ability to pay issue :
MY LC says Basic pay : 67k
Which of my wage need to match / greater then the LC WAGE .
Is it my sum of all net (or) gross income on my paystubs need to be greater then this LC wage
or Is my taxable income need to match / greater then the LC WAGE .
pls clarify. I was taking part of my salary as per-diems . will that affect. pls clarify which of my wage need to match.
