I know 203(b)(3)(i) for EB3 skilled workers, 203(b)(3)(ii) for professionals and 203(b)(3)(iii) for other workers. But my 140 shows Sec.203(b)(3)(A)(i) or (ii). What does it mean? Thanks.

It is the catg. given to you. If you check the Service Center reports EB3 Skilled worker or professional dates are shown as a separate line item. Your catg. is EB3 - Skilled Worker or professional.
