Congradulations!! What is your labor PD ? Do you recently applied for EAD/AP and if do they approved before approving the I140. My ead(RD 09/24 and AD 12/02) approved but no change on I140/I485 LUD's.

Thanks. My labor was filed on March 10 2003 and approved on sep 16 2003 in IL.
I 140 ND Nov 6 2003
I 485 ND Nov 26 2003
1st EAD ND Nov 26 2003 received 12/26/2003
1st AP ND Nov 26 2003 received 12/26/2003
FP Done on 6/10/2004.
My EAD and AP will expire on 12/24/2004. I am not sure whether i can apply the 2nd EAD or wait for my 485 approval. Could someone please help me what to do?
