140 from CSC and 485 from VSC. An issue

My I-140 was approved from CSC. I have filed for I-485 in VSC.
 
1. Will my case be transferred to CSC.
2. If I move out of VSC area (say to Texas) will my case be automatically transferred to the respective SC.
 
I greatly appreciate your help.
