140 forms are held with wrong fee checks

Folks, I have a strange situation, VSC is holding my 140 forms with wrong payment check. I files 140 and 480 together for some reason all my 485 forms are sent back asking to file from St. Albans sub office and they are holding 765 of filing fee instead of 140.

Any suggestions or past experiences can act as good inputs to me.
