140 Filed without Original PERM Certificate

My PERM was approved but never received the paper certificate. My attorney filed 140 with the screen printout of my PERM approval.

Does anybody have such experience? And will there any other issues without original PERM certificate? Because I know both of me and my employer need to sign the certificate.

Same case. Got RFE now asking original LC...

I am in the same situation. I never got the real approval on Paper. My attorney filed for i140 and now I have got an RFE asking for original LC.
But where did you learn that myself and employer must sign it and the file? Thats new to me.
Anyways please keep posting whats up on your case.

Original approved ETA 9089 Labor Certification has to be signed by petitioner (employer), beneficiary (employee) and if applicable attorney on record and has to be attached with initial I-140 filing. try requesting copy of Labor from DOL. in my understanding they DOL will send directly to concerned I-140 center, I have no clue how you would sign on it then. Note i am not an attorney, its just an opinion

my I-140 has been approved without hard copy of LAbor Certificate. (We sent a "Print Screen" from DOL site)

Originally sent to California Service Center around March 25, 2006. It has been transferred to Texas SC
LUD 05/2x/2006
Approved on 06/19 without RFE!

Approval Notice received yesterday.
