140 EB2 RFE , same day EAD approved ,

i-140 EB2 , RD April 23,2003. Rfe issued April 05, 2004
i-765 RD Oct 30, 2003--- Approved April 05, 2004
i-485 RD Oct 30, 2003--- still waiting, No FP.

I checked both my I-765 and I-140 . On the same day (April 05, 2004) I got an RFE on I-140 and EAD approved. I have no idea what's going on.
My attorney/company have'nt received RFE yet.

On April 5, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed.
 
It is strange!!!

Does it mean USCIS doesn't look at the I140 status while renewing EAD?

I guess an amateur official has renewed your EAD. Could it be that your I140 RFE is just for minor issue not the one like we were discussing in the other thread. If so, you are lucky.

I have no idea. Why I got my EAD appoved at the same time (day) RFE has been issued on my I-140.

My EAD was first time not renew.

same thing...

Same thing happened to one of my GC sponsoring company's employee. They were issued EAD, but an RFE for education evaluation was issued. After they responded, another RFE was issued for company tax returns. On sending the response to 2nd RFE I140 was denied. It is utter non-sense way of processing an application. That's what one can expect from guys without processing sense in their head.

This was the first I140 case denied for my GC sponsoring company ( in 8 years of their business ).

Is it because that company showing Loss ? is that company for a particular year (2001 or 2002) in profits ?
