140 denied, need help!

Dear all,

I submited my I140 on May 2002 VSC (EB2 extraordinary ability) and was required RFE last september. I filed RFE on December and today got a letter saying my petition is denied due to lack of evidence. Anybody can help me out? should I appeal and if not, would this record hurt my future application? THanks a lot.

What was the RFE about? Need details before anybody can suggest.

RFE asked for more evidence to qualify

What they asked is to more evidence, for example, more citation papers, more membership and how membership is important and significant. Something like that.
