Hi,
My I140 was denied because of 3 years degree as my labor was filed in EB2 category. My attorney says we cannot combine the degrees in 140 thats why it got rejected.
As per my attorney, there are 2 options
1) We get the educational evaluation done again and appeal on the denial
2) Secondly, file the new labor with Associate Degree + work experience in
EB3.
Please help me know which option would be better to move ahead.
