Can someone please help here:
To which category does EB3 belong to in petiiton for I-140?
Basically I am looking for the current processing dates.


1. I-140 Immigrant Petitioner for Alien Worker E11
2. I-140 Immigrant Petitioner for Alien Worker E12
3. I-140 Immigrant Petitioner for Alien Worker E13
4. I-140 Immigrant Petitioner for Alien Worker E21
5. I-140 National Interest Waivers
6. I-140 Immigrant Petitioner for Alien Worker E31, E32, EW3



Please also post if E13 for eg. is for EB3, then what is for EB1, EB2 etc ?
Also what is E31, 32, 33 etc?

For EB3, it is E31 and E32

For EB3, it is
I-140 Immigrant Petitioner for Alien Worker E31, E32, coz E31 and E31 are subcatregories of EB3

E31 or 32?
The processing times are different for all these categories?

Ask your Lawyer. We can't say in which category he might have filed your case.
E31 -- Speciality worker
E32 -- Skilled worker
E33 -- other workers
 
Your "courtsey" copy of 140 filing should have the appropriate box "tick" marked.
