Filed for 140 at california center using a substitute labor ( all california based)
when i checked the automated message tracker, the message says that the case was transferred to Vermont service center.
The company is california based and the job is based in california while i live right now in virginia.
Why has the 140 case been transferred to Vermont service center?
any idea ?
if yes please what could be the reasons for the transfer?
