140 can't be revoked after its approval?

140 can't be revoked after its approval...

According to this new AC21 memo, if 140 is approved and if it is moer than 180 days since it is filed concurrently, it can't be revoked. Is that right? If the employer tries to revoke it will USCIS reject his application? I just want to confirm this. Can some gurus confirm this please..

Yes u r right but, if NSC will follow this? not sure, bcos NSC never followed any rule they have their own rule.
