140 Aproved!

Hi All,
My 140 aproved I got a e-mail. SO it may take few days to reach approval notice to my employer/lawyer. I spoke to my employer he said he will give a copy of approval notice.

It will be 6 month in March for my 140/485 applied date. Can I change the job then with AC21? Wat are the consiquences you come with.

Mean time I have Canada immigration visa approved. I should land with in next month. I applied for Canada immigarion visa before applying mt GC.
I am in dilamo wheather to land in Canada or not. Any suggestions?

I do not know my PD. Labor applied in Jan/Feb 2004. Any guess when I may get 485 approval? My FP i scheduled for next month.

You can change job using AC21 after 180 days of your I-485 pending for a similar work profile or similar role job that is mentioned in your labor Certificate.

My personal advice, if you have a company lawyer who has applied your I-140 and I485 using G28 on your behalf, then make sure he should not do any harm to your pending I-485. Better you change G28 to some other Lawyer for your I-485.

I think you can go to Canada for to keep your Canada immigration active (if that you mean). One of my friend in a similar situation is going to Canada next month for a month to keep his Canada Immigration.

Your PD will be mentioned on your approved I-140 copy. You can get if from your Lawyer or from your office.
