485 filing date 12/05/02...
Took almost 1 year

congrats!

1 year wait for I140 if no RFE was issued earlier. Atleast that relieves some stress...

I have the same ND as you and I'm also Subst, Concurrent and EB3.

I did however have an RFE asking for full copy of LC - Lawyer replied and BCIS acknowledge receipt on 10/22. I'm therefore hoping for approval any time now. Will Definitely post when I hear.
