140 approved

Hi,

On FEB 1,2006 i got my 140 approved.below are my details:

EB 2 PERM
PD 08/16/05
140 recd by USCIS on 10/26/05

When i file for 485 r they going to check my W-2's and pay stubs again because it may take few years to get my PD cuurent.

Planing to file PERM EB2 with BS +5 years

Hi

I am planing to file PERM EB2 with BS +5 years requirment. I have already EB3 in Dalas BPC.

Any one has idea when i file I-140 will i have any problem, My company is good enough in ability to pay, and has good tax return, making more then $ 5 million.

I am thinking shall i go head or wait for EB3 which is PD sept'2004.It seemd that EB2 retrogression may become current 2007 end.(hopefully)

Any help appreciated.

Hi,
what is your job Des.? Can you justify or do you have any other job Req. in your company with 5+ Exp? If yes you should be ok.
