140 approved

I have received an email today that my I-140 has been approved. Please see my details below.

REF response received: 4/26/2005, LUD: 4/27, 4/28

Not good, take more than one year to get the approval of I-140 comparing the current processing time, less then 3 months in the TSC. Wish your I-485 will get the results within one year.

I know it has taken more than a year. I am not a lucky person like every one else.

What is the current trend on 485 from TSC? How long it is taking?
