Good news...my 140 approved on 25th Mar, 2005.

PD: 16th July, 2003
ND, RD: 2nd June, 2004
FP done, EAD approved.
EB3 - India
485- waiting ...

Now waiting for 485. Any idea if they are approving 485 before petition date becomes current.

The pendulum at NSC for 140 approval seems to be swinging from end-2003 to early-2005 cases. One needs to be lucky to get a hit.

You have an equally good chance.

Lets see what happens... Atleast we are seeing good bunch of 140 approvals.. just increased my hopes of getting 140 atleast by november... for me.. But for your case I am pretty sure you will also send us the same email saying Approved.. I wish you good luck..
