I have been a silent observer to all the posts in the TSC section. Yesterday my I-140 was approved.

Thanks a lot for everyone for their posts. You've been of great information & help.

Congrats and both of you may get your 485 approvals soon. Recently even we got our 140 & 485 approvals. But still waiting for my daughter's 485 approval.

My detail are pretty close to yours accept the PD which is April. I am still waiting on my I-140 approval. It would help if you guys let me know whether there were any LUD changes on your I-140 before approval and did you guys initiate inquiry which triggered approval.

No inquiry , No LUD

No LUD change on I140 before approval. LUD change on 7th that is the day 140 got approved and LUD changed on 10th also (8th & 9th are sat & sunday). But don't know why it got changed on 10th.
My friend whose PD is may 2001, EB2, I140/485 Feb 2004 got his 140/485 both approved yesterday (01/20/2005). So TSC is still doing concurrent approvals.
