how many employee co. is urs ?
how much net and gross income ?

I am happy to say that my I-140 got approved.

EB2 Wtih CP Option.
No RFE.

how many employee co. is urs ? 10 employees
Year 2001 - loss
Year 2002 - profit
year 2003 - profit

Attorney send my W2 for two years, company tax return for 2001,2002,2003 and bank statement for the same years.

how much was the profit of co in 2002 and 2003 and how much was their bank balance ?

I have simmilar RFE , does sending contracts help ?

My company is doing good now, i am the first employee to the company that time company is not doing good. Now the company had 10 employee and all are in the project so that, there was good sources of income in the year 2002 and year 2003. My salary was good in the year 2002 and the year 2003 and my salary is low but RFE asked about the company. Even then my attorney send my W2 2002 and W2 2001.

You have to check your RFE they may mentioned two options in it one is, there must be growth income over the period or when you filed your 140 that time the company must have enough income to pay your salary. This what mentioned in my RFE.

Talk to your attorney about your RFE he knows better, Even if the company is making loss but if it is regular growth of income in your company they may accept . If you have contract you can send the contracts with that. They may accept that also. I don't know much about it. Good luck.
