EB2 I140 ND 01, 24, 2003 NOT yet approved but VSC date is 03-12-2003

the latest processing date for VSC I-140 (EB2 labor) is 03-12-2003. My ND is 01-24-2003. it is not yet approved. is there anything i can do? (may be call VSC or ..........) any suggestions?
