Hi Everyone..


Atlast..its my turn today... :)
I'm very happy to inform you all that I just received the mail that my 140 was cleared today (May 2nd 2005).

I was expecting an RFE as my company is small and I was using a substitute labor. But looks like my company is having clean records.. :)

Thanks you guys for all the help and support.. All the very best for those who are still waiting for their approvals..

Now the wait begins for 485... journey continues...

Mine approved too! :)
I checked my mail after posting the earlier message and I see that USCIS has sent me 5 e-mails!

congrats sra123... very happy for you too... i guess this day will be a memorable one for both of us in our lives... what a relief...

all the best for your 485 too.. btw.. what were the " 5 "emails from uscis about?.. did they send the approval email 5 times..? coz i received 2 emails for the same..

All 5 e-mails are about 140 approval.
2 from "USCIS-CSSO" and 3 from "CRIS".. anyway I'm happy :)
