My I-140 was approved just recenetly also, then my next question is do we still need the EAD??
I-140 is petition for alien worker. It's approved that means we don't need any form of supporting govn't documents, like H1B visa, EAD etc for us to legally work in the U.S. right? So we don't need the EAD?

No. Only after the 485 gets approved (and PP stamped, I think) can you work with no EAD or H1B...otherwise 140 approval would become same as getting GC!
